Everything is extremely fresh right from the sea. No perservatives, never frozen. I had Fl. Grouper, cod, clams, mussels, fluke, lobster tails, all fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Canadian Salmon rich with the healthy fatty omegas. It's the best I've ever had. I look forward to it twice sometimes three times a week. You have made a fish lover out of me.
